HRM involvement for Employee Job Satisfaction.

Employees are the main assets of the Organization. Therefore, it is very important to take necessary actions improve Job Satisfaction. Happy employee always works with positive vibe. With this positive vibe, employee is self-motivated to face for any obstacles. This is directly affecting to productivity.

Important Factors for Job Satisfaction

Compensation and Working Condition (MBA Skool Team, 2021)

This is the main factor that employees are expecting from the Organization. Employees are deserved to have good salary. If employees are getting more than a salary like monthly incentives, annual bonus, insurance policy, etc. that would be directly affecting to job satisfaction. Employee put maximum effort to get good salary.

HRM must understand this and need to offer good value to employees. Therefore, be very logical evaluation method to analysis the employee. That mustn’t be bias. As far as, evaluations are very transparent, there won’t be any complain from the employees, and they are doing the best to gain more benefits from the organization.

Work Life Balance (MBA Skool Team, 2021)

Employees are not living to work; they are working to Live. Therefore, organizations are needed to respect employee’s personal life. Workload balance is very important. If employees are too much overload with work, that work pressure will make frustration. Gradually these will lead to life un-balance. Specially employees have remote facility to work from home, frustration will release from family members.

HRM should have proper system to monitor workload. HRM has get superior support as well. Workload must be spread among employees with proper manner.

Respect and Recognition (MBA Skool Team, 2021)

Irrespective of designation, all employees have rights to have respect. Employees joint to organization with their invitation. Organization should respect it. That will help to feel loyalty among employees. Rather than respect, Recognition also very important. Employee should feel value of role. Recognition is the main way that understand the value.

HRM has to more careful on this point because this is directly affecting with employee personality. Personality crash will be ended to with resignation.

People will never keep trust on un-secured places. Without trust, no motivation then no productivity. Firstly, employees need to feel that their job is secured. Then employees are doing their maximum. 

HRM has to maintain proper contact with employees to make feel about job security. As long as, employees are aligned with company rules and regulations, there won't be any treat the Job. That will help to improve discipline as well.

Challenges (MBA Skool Team, 2021)

Same routing will be created dissatisfaction to employees. Therefore, needs to do the job rotation. It is become challenge to employee due to routing change. Pattern is braked.

HRM has to do proper evaluation to identify strengths of the employees. Then able to do meaningful re-assignment of the employees. That will lead to organization’s growth.

Career Growth (MBA Skool Team, 2021)

All employees are expecting to improve their personal and professional both. Then career growth is very important to them. Gradually employees are become matured. When the right time comes, need to promote. Then job satisfaction will be high. Loyalty will be increased. 

HRM must be more careful on promotions. Need to identify performers in logical manner. If all the transactions are transparent, other employees will start to perform due to motivation.

Employer benefits of employee job satisfaction.

This is directly link to employee turnover. It is because happy employee thinks more than twice to leave the organization. Then new employee training cost and time will be saving to the organization.
